How do I get help from a human?

If you go to our Contact page, you’ll find email, form, and phone numbers, but here’s what you can expect:

How to I book individual drop-in lessons?

If you’re an adult students who is not enrolled in weekly lessons, you can book drop in lessons through this link:

Please make sure you’re logged into the booking system before booking your lesson so that you don’t end up with a duplicate account.


How to I cancel a lesson online?

1. Log into the membership portal

2. Scroll down to the “Upcoming Schedule” section and click cancel

3. Click “Continue with Cancellation.” If you’re cancelling 28 hours or more in advance (and haven’t cancelled more than 3 times in 6 months, you’ll see the note that you’ll receive a credit.

How do a book a make-up lesson with a credit?

1. Log into the membership portal

2. Scroll down to the “Credits” section on the right side of the screen and click “Use”

3. Click on your instructor to view the schedule

4. Verify “Credit” is selected, choose your dates, then click “book”

4. Verify the details on the next page, check to agree to the terms, then click book
